ONE Law, ONE Source, ONE People

The Church of the LAW of ONE is a spiritual denomination founded on the fundamental principle that every Living Man possesses unalienable Divine Rights granted by Source (God). We recognize Nature as our church, our physical body as our Temple, and maintain that these rights cannot be granted or taken away by any man-made authority. Our community celebrates the direct connection between each Living Man and Source, honoring freedom as the highest good while promoting harmony with Nature, personal sovereignty, and the development of Unconditional Love and Unity Consciousness.

General;

The denomination 'Church of the LAW of ONE' Originated on September 18th, 2023 on free Land, free Air and free Water by the gathering and decree of free Living Man, in the private, with Divine Authority and a common objective by and through which all Human Rights are invoked at once by and through all members.

Freedom is the highest good. Nature is the (main) church building and our physical body is the Temple. The Free Community of The LAW of ONE recognizes itself as a denomination with its own beliefs, described as Source Religion.

The Denomination is GUIDED by this DECREE*

DECREE;

WE the Living Man ARE created in the Image of Source (God), equal to any other Living Man, and WE were endowed with inherent God Given (UNALIENABLE) RIGHTS that WE possess as OUR lifelong Private Property. This is Natural Law!

OUR (the Living Man) Unalienable Rights, individually and collectively, are NOT given to US by ANY man-made authority, nor can they be taken away by any man-made (assumed) authority. Members of the Church of the LAW of ONE will receive a passport upon application for it, that Acknowledges their UNALIENABLE RIGHT to travel FREELY on planet earth and the Universe, without any restrictions and be the sole authority over their Temple. As a creation of the Living Man, Countries, State(s), Incorporated entity(‘s) and Commercial entity(‘s), etc. arose with the sole purpose to only acknowledge, uphold, and protect OUR (the Living Man, individually and collectively) Unalienable Rights.

The real property, wealth, assets and productivity of the Living Man of the Church of the LAW of ONE belongs to US (The Living Man, individually and/or collectively). Any contract, offered in the past present and/or future to the Living Woman and/or Living Man who is a member of the Church of the LAW of ONE, that predominantly serves the interests of Countries, State(s), Incorporated entity(‘s) and Commercial entity(‘s), etc. rather than the Living Woman and/or Living Man can be revoked by US (The Living Man, individually and/or collectively) at WILL, because this can NOT have been the FREE WILL nor INTEND of the Living Man, and because the Living Man created the Countries, State(s), Incorporated entity(‘s) and Commercial entity(‘s), etc. in the first place, to serve the Living Man. The corporate takeover of OUR real property, wealth, assets and productivity of the Living Woman and/or Living Man of the Church of the Law of ONE, and the subsequent denial of OUR Unalienable Rights by non-disclosure, manipulation, misinformation is treason and thus VOID.

FREEDOM, like TRUTH, is not inherited but re-membered. It must be taught, learned, lived and preserved by each generation. The pursuit of TRUTH, FREEDOM and Happiness is every Living Man’s birthright and individual RESPONSABILITY. It cannot be transferred or deferred to another (commercial) entity or to a govern-ment.

Source RELIGION;

The word Source can be freely translated by anyone as: God in all languages/cultures, Creator, Nature, Cosmic power etc. All sacred spiritual scriptures can serve as inspiration.

Religio means to re-connect. The Church of the LAW of ONE works to restore God given (UNALIENABLE) RIGHTS that the Living Man possesses as a lifelong Private Property and re-connect the relation between Man and Source & Man and Nature. Members worship Source, OUR UNALIENABLE RIGHTS that WE possess as OUR lifelong Private Property, the Divine within Self, in every cell of OUR Temple, the physical body, in OUR individual DNA, omnipresent and beyond, in Nature and the entire Uni-Verse, and Nature Itself. By Being a Living Man (living from heart connection), Source is honoured and expressed, Nature, including animal life is Honoured and Restored (by which we offset any and all external imposed (tax)measures (like CO2-Tax) and (potential) restrictions of Freedom and other external regulations that are not explicitly recognized in writing by ALL members of “The Council of the Church of the LAW of One” All are ONE, connected through OUR (individual) Heart(s) and beyond, with each other and with Source. No-one and no-thing stands between the Living Man and SOURCE.

SOURCE is the supreme Origin of everything. Each and every Living Man has HER/HIS/their direct and Sacred Individual connection with SOURCE. This Divine Connection is OUR Inner Divine Guidance and gives direction to everyone's individual path of Self-development, Growth, Expression and Discovery. This is not about following any external (incorporated / commercial) entity, govern-ment or guru, but about following OUR inner Divine, the Source Connection in the Heart and our Being. It forms ONE's own Divine Guidance and Moral Compass and is prevalent, it transcends and supersedes any govern-ment(s), incorporated entities and it’s statutes.

The Cycle of Creation: Everything expressed is energy and energy is ever transforming until it returns to Souce. Consciousness is ever present, infinite and continues even after physical death. Everything originates from Source and will return to the Source.

Celebrating life (Joy & Pleasure) from and through OUR connection with Source, in harmony and Love with Nature, Planet Earth, The Universe and all Life (forms) in IT, including the unseen (elemental / Devic Kingdom, etc…)

Each member strives in their own individual way for an optimal relationship with Source and with fellow Living Man for the development of Unconditional Love, Inner Wisdom and Unity Consciousness. With Divine Authority, following Natural Principles is the Guiding Principle. Seemingly opposite viewpoints are to be integrated and put into their proper perspective rather than resisted. Life is Divers by Divine Design and transcends man-made belief-structures (That have proven to be inaccurate by default and maybe by design).

The right to Self-Govern, Self-Teach and Self-Deliver (the Baby). Freedom around education.
Our body is our Temple, over which only the Individual has sovereignty. NO external Being, person or entity has the right to interfere, impose or force intervention in whatever way.
We will NOT engage in Military duty or any activity that might harm other humans, living Beings and/or Nature.
DNA of all living things is Divine and Sacred. In line with this, all manipulation of DNA is rejected. This concerns people, animals-, plants- and other kingdoms.
Physical Integrity;
- Your body is your Temple; take good care of your body in every way.

Right of Self-Determination;
- No-thing may be brought into or removed from the body, (energy body and all bodies) without express, written permission of the individual and under the supervision and approval of at least two other members of the Church of the LAW of ONE.
Spiritual Integrity.
Know yourself, Know Thyself.
BE yourself in all honesty.
Inner Knowing.
Divine Plan.
Stay true to yourself, testing what the outside world wants from your inner voice (intuition/Source connection), standing for yourself, trusting your own strength, respecting and being able to set boundaries.
Gratitude: live from a place of FAITH instead of fear.
Trust in, and develop your Self-healing abilities.
Pursuing good (constructive, loving) intentions and being trustworthy.
Love for nature and creation as a whole.
Non-violence: Do no intentional harm to yourself, other people, animals, plants, or the planet as a whole.
The right to protect yourself.
Cultivate the capacity to have compassion for others and their (seemingly) opposing viewpoint(s). It seems that Duality is inherent to Physical, Emotional and Mental Manifestation; train your capacity to “hold the time & space” for seemingly opposing viewpoint(s) and strive to integrate them into a higher benevolent outcome for all involved.
Awareness of coherence: everything is connected to everything.
Living according to natural principles.
Respect for natural cycles, contribute to a healthy earth, balance in give and take, rest and action.
Respect for everyone's individuality, free from judgements.
Offer freedom of interpretation, and respect for thinking differently.
Take responsibility for your own health and well-being.
Living from the vision that every human being is free and equal and therefore everyone is responsible for their own choices and actions. Everyone behaves towards each other in a spirit of connection.
Recognize consequences of your own behaviour.

Membership;

Anyone who subscribes to the above principles is welcome as a member of the Church of the LAW of ONE. Each member is free to cancel membership at any time. A voluntary contribution towards the costs is requested per member.

You can register and unsubscribe via the contact form on the website, stating 'registration membership' or 'cancellation of membership'. Registering as a member automatically means that you will be included on the mailing list for the newsletter. By clicking on the 'unsubscribe' link at the bottom of the newsletter, you will automatically be unsubscribed from the newsletter and your membership.

Registration of personal data for the member list is only used for communication between the Council and its members. Data is never provided to third parties.

Application for membership means that the DECREE has been read carefully and that the principles are endorsed.

The Church of the Law of One will hold a record of the Living man and Living births in; This is to protect tribes - Every baby, born in a tribe belongs to the land. So the land is free.

Every member can;

Make a proposal for a meeting, take the initiative to organize regional meetings in a smaller circle, bring in themes or subjects for discussion and/or philosophizing, introduce meditations and/or exercises, make a proposal for a change in the statute, aspire to a position in the Council, stand for election in elections, share expertise with each other (see menu: expertise register), register activities for the agenda on the website via the contact form; (regional) meetings for the denomination and other activities intended for members.

All members of the church community share responsibility for the community's success. Freedom of religion is paramount. Differences can lead to valuable discussions. We learn and grow together. The shared principles form the fertile ground on which the community can grow further.

The Council is authorized to deprive members of their membership who seriously violate the principles of the charter, of course, after hearing both sides.

The seriousness of the offence is at the discretion of the Council. After a maximum of three warnings (however not required), the Council votes on whether to maintain membership or not.

Governance structure;

The Council consists of (7) members who are jointly responsible for the tasks that arise from it. Tasks are divided among the Council members. Positions within the Council consist of a chairman, secretary, treasurer and a general member. By amending the DECREE, the Council can be expanded if desired.

The first Council members are appointed by the founders. There will be an evaluation every year; internally within the Council, externally through a survey among the members. The Council will take all feedback to heart and, if necessary, attach consequences to it.

A Council member can put her/his position up for election after one year. Each Council member commits himself to his Council task for at least one year. Members who aspire to a Council position can indicate this.

The founders of the Church of the LAW of ONE have veto power with respect to changing the DECREE and content of the website as long as they are part of the Church of the LAW of ONE Community. If the founders withdraw from the denomination, the denomination can continue to exist while retaining the name.

Council duties/authorities:

The Council monitors the principles of the denomination.
The Council decides on desired changes and/or proposals to change the DECREE and content of the website. Decisions require a majority vote.
The Council is responsible for the newsletter. The Council may appoint an editorial team responsible for publishing the newsletter.
The Council is responsible for the agenda of the meetings, the agenda on the website and the agenda of the newsletter.
The Council organizes church meetings when circumstances allow (finance, location, etc.).
The Council meets as soon as one of the Council members deems it necessary, but at least once every 3 months.
The Council organizes member meetings at least once a year. This is reported by means of a call in the newsletter.
The treasurer is administratively accountable to the Council.
The Council controls the income and expenditure of the denomination.
The Council adopts a budget annually.
The Council appoints a Council member who will represent the denomination to the outside world.
The Council appoints a Council member who manages the content of the website.

Finance;

The Council will annually present the annual accounts and new budget to the members. The treasurer prepares the annual accounts. The Council will appoint two independent community financial experts to audit and confirm the financial statements.

The denomination uses a business account with a bank and/or (crypto)exchange of their choice. Donations from members can be deposited here.

Practical information regarding donations is provided when registering as a member and via the newsletter.

Donations are non-refundable (and non-deductible). All costs will have to be covered by the balance on the account. (No loans will be made to third parties without explicit consent of the council).

The denomination is not affiliated with the ANBI (Public benefit institution).

In case the denomination is closed, the account will be closed and the balance will be donated to a good cause. Members can nominate a good cause. The charity will be determined by means of a vote among the members. Members are presented with the final bill.

Clarification of , , and ****

* Purpose;

The main purpose is Educational and Religion. We do not tell people how to live, act or behave. We only provide information for educational purposes.

**Denomination;

A large group of religious congregations united under a common faith and name, usually organized under a single administrative and legal hierarchy.

***Decree;

A decree is a legal proclamation, usually issued by a head of state such as the president of a republic, or a monarch, according to certain procedures. It has the force of law. The particular term used for this concept may vary from country to country.

**** Natural Person;

A legal (dead) entity, created by (assumed) authorities, third parties and or other institutions such as governments, (central) bank as a mask, replacing the Living Man.
